Manage preferences

You can turn notification categories off for all your tenants, or for one tenant only. Both pages list every category by its label, including the two Slack alerts (labelled Slack: …). Always-on categories are shown but cannot be turned off.

For all your tenants

Open the account menu (the person icon at the top right) and click Profile.
In the account sidebar, click Notifications. The page Notification preferences opens.
Switch off the categories you do not want.

Result: FlowState shows Preferences saved. after each change. A category you turn off here is off in every tenant.

For one tenant

In the tenant, open Settings → Notifications → Notifications. The page Tenant notifications opens.
Switch off the categories you do not want for this tenant.

Result: FlowState shows Preferences saved. A category is sent to you in a tenant only when it is on both for all tenants and for that tenant.

With an AI assistant (MCP)

Turn categories on or off: update_my_notification_preferences(categories={"tenant.feature_toggled": false}, scope="global"). Use scope="tenant" for the current tenant only. false turns a category off, true turns it on again; categories you do not list keep their setting.
Turn off every optional category at once: unsubscribe_all(scope="global"), or scope="tenant" for the current tenant. Always-on categories are not affected.
Owners and admins can see which members turned a category off in this tenant: list_notification_subscribers(category).
The send log of this tenant, newest first: list_notification_log(category?, before?, limit?). It needs the tenant:notifications:audit:read permission.

Unsubscribe links

The unsubscribe link in an email turns that email’s category off for all your tenants. See Unsubscribe.

account.invite_received — Invitations to a tenant
account.gdpr_export_ready — Your data export is ready
org_billing.suspended_nonpayment — Tenant suspended for non-payment
org_billing.purge_warning — Tenant scheduled for deletion
