How usage is measured

FlowState measures usage per tenant, every hour, and adds it up for the whole organisation. For the prices, see Plan and prices.

What each item counts

ItemWhat is countedHow often
Agentic Sales ManagerThe deals under AI management in your tenant. The count comes from the daily pipeline sync and is used for every hour until the next daily sync. A deal added or removed during the day is counted from the next daily sync.
APN SyncThe deals currently synced with AWS Partner Central.Counted fresh every hour.
Business-problem generationsEach AI draft of a business problem after the first 5 for a deal. Choosing a template is never counted. Each time a draft is made.
Marketplace OffersYour AWS Marketplace private offers that AWS reports as released, with no end date or an end date in the future. Drafts are never counted.Counted every hour. Five offers released for one day bill 24 offer-hours each.

Disconnecting the Marketplace connector stops the Marketplace Offers count. Every hour counted before the disconnect stays billed. From the next hourly count on, FlowState counts none of your offers, also the ones that are still available in AWS. The hour in which you disconnect is billed only if its count ran before the disconnect.

FlowState also counts AI-assistant tool calls and pipeline analyses to monitor the service. These are never billed.

How the charge reaches your bill

Every hour, FlowState adds up the usage of all tenants in the organisation, prices it together with the platform fee, and reports the running total for the month to your billing provider:

  • Stripe bills it on your monthly Stripe invoice.
  • AWS Marketplace bills it on your AWS bill, as one usage dimension priced at $0.01 per unit (1 unit = 1 cent). See AWS Marketplace.

The platform fee is charged once per organisation, however many tenants it has.

Before it reports an hour to Stripe, FlowState compares its own total with Stripe’s record. If they do not match, or Stripe cannot be reached, FlowState holds that report back until the difference is resolved, rather than billing an amount that might be wrong.
