AWS Marketplace

You can buy FlowState on AWS Marketplace instead of paying by card through Stripe. You get the same plan at the same prices, and the charges appear on your AWS bill.

Who it is for

• Organisations that want FlowState to count against an AWS commitment, such as an Enterprise Discount Program (EDP) or a private pricing agreement.
• Teams that buy all their software through AWS.

Subscribe

1. When you set up your organisation, select AWS Marketplace as the billing method. The setup page does not create a tenant for you.
2. Find FlowState on AWS Marketplace and click Subscribe.
3. Contact your FlowState account manager or support@copebit.ch to link the subscription to your organisation. You cannot link it yourself in the app.

Result: after linking, your tenant is active and usage is billed from the next full hour.

How you are billed

FlowState prices your organisation’s usage with the same price list as Stripe — the platform fee and all four usage items (see Plan and prices). Every hour it reports the new amount to AWS Marketplace as one usage dimension, priced at $0.01 per unit (1 unit = 1 cent). AWS bills the sum on your AWS invoice.

Only the usage amounts are sent to AWS Marketplace, never your deal data.

Cancel

1. In the AWS console, open AWS Marketplace → Manage subscriptions, select FlowState and choose Cancel subscription.
2. While AWS processes the cancellation, your tenant stays active.
3. When AWS confirms the cancellation, FlowState sends a last usage report and suspends the tenant linked to that subscription. Other tenants are not affected.

A suspended tenant is deleted permanently 90 days after the suspension, unless you subscribe again. See When the subscription ends.

The Manage billing and Cancel subscription buttons in FlowState are for Stripe only. With AWS Marketplace, manage everything in the AWS Marketplace console.
