BillingManage your subscription

Manage your subscription

This page is for organisations that pay through Stripe. On AWS Marketplace, you manage the subscription in the AWS Marketplace console; see AWS Marketplace.

The subscription belongs to the organisation. Only an organisation admin can change it.

Open the billing page

  1. In a tenant, open Settings → Billing and click Manage billing. (Or click Organisation at the bottom of the sidebar and open Billing.)
  2. The Subscription card shows the status and the date the subscription renews.

Members who are not organisation admins see the plan and status under Settings → Billing and the note Contact an organisation admin to make changes.

Invoices and payment method

  1. On Organisation → Billing, click Manage billing.
  2. FlowState opens Stripe’s customer portal, where you see your invoices and your payment details.

Stripe sends invoices to the billing email address on your Stripe account. You can also open the portal with the MCP tool open_billing_portal().

Cancel the subscription

  1. On Organisation → Billing, click Cancel subscription.

Result: the subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. The page shows Active until … , then cancels. You cannot cancel with immediate effect.

When the period ends, every tenant of the organisation is suspended, and is deleted permanently 90 days later unless you subscribe again. See When the subscription ends.

With an AI assistant, use the MCP tool cancel_org_subscription.

Subscribe again

If the subscription has ended, Organisation → Billing shows Subscribe with Stripe. Click it and complete the payment. The organisation’s suspended tenants become active again.

A payment failed

The billing page shows Your last payment failed. Click Manage billing and update your card in the portal. The owners and admins of each tenant also get an email (category A payment failed).
