Client setup
FlowState works with Claude through a custom connector. The server URL is on the Settings → MCP page of the FlowState app.
- Connect Claude (web, desktop and mobile): add the connector and sign in.
- Connect Claude Code: use the same connector from Claude Code.
Other MCP clients are not supported: the FlowState sign-in accepts Claude’s hosted sign-in only.
