Marketplace admin view

Apps → Marketplace in FlowState is a read-only page. Use it to check that the connector works, without opening HubSpot or AWS.

What it shows

  • Whether the Marketplace connector is connected.
  • How many private offers exist across your SaaS products.
  • The private offers, grouped by product.
  • Your SaaS products.

FlowState reads every value from your AWS Marketplace catalog when you open the page. It does not keep a copy.

What it does not do

You cannot create, release, clone, change or expire offers on this page. Sellers do that on the HubSpot card. See Creating offers.

If the page shows “not connected” or “unavailable”

  • Not connected: nobody has connected the seller account yet. See Getting started.
  • Unavailable: FlowState could not read your catalog. Open Settings → Integrations → Marketplace to check the connector, and see Troubleshooting.

Who sees it

The Marketplace entry shows in the sidebar only when AWS Marketplace connector is on under Settings → Features, and only for tenant owners, admins and members.
