Getting startedTurn on features

Turn on features

Every feature of a new tenant starts off. The tenant owner or an admin turns each feature on under Settings → Features. A switch takes effect immediately; there is no save button.

While a feature is off:

  • its integration is not listed under Settings → Integrations,
  • its pages are not in the sidebar, and opening one shows a Feature disabled notice,
  • its scheduled work (the daily pipeline sync, the APN sync, Slack alerts) does not run, and
  • its API routes and AI-assistant (MCP) tools refuse the request.

The Settings pages always stay in the sidebar, so you can always reach Settings → Features.

The features

The Features page groups the features into three sections.

The daily pipeline sync runs only when AI agent or Goals is on. With only HubSpot on, you can still start a sync by hand with Sync pipeline on Apps → HubSpot → Overview.

Dependencies

Turning on a feature that needs HubSpot also turns HubSpot on, and the Features page says so. You cannot turn HubSpot off while a feature that needs it is on: turn those features off first.
